Welcome to the
Zonta Club of the Adirondacks
Zonta International envisions a world in which women’s rights are recognized as human rights and every woman is able to achieve her full potential.
Our Vision
Zonta International envisions a world in which women’s rights are recognized as human rights and every woman is able to achieve her full potential. In such a world, women have access to all resources and are represented in decision-making positions on an equal basis with men. In such a world, no woman lives in fear of violence.
Our Voices
With nearly 29,000 members belonging to 1,200 clubs in 63 countries, Zontians volunteer their time, talents and support to local and international service projects focusing on achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.

Congratulations to this year’s recipient of Zonta Adirondack’s Young Women in Leadership Award.
Audie Cota, graduate of Moriah Central School, is a prominent presence at her local Episcopal Church and has worked to support residents at Elderwood Nursing. She has been a leader to her peers as captain of the track and cross country teams and is a highly regarded student by her teachers. As Audie graduates, she expresses her interest in pursuing engineering as a woman in a male dominated field all while staying close to her religion and community.
Congratulations Audie!

Congratulations to Tyler Burth, this years recipient of Zonta Adirondack’s Jean M. Coon Humanitarian Award.
Tyler, President of the Saranac Lake Student Council and Class of 2026 Secretary, has served her community and school through a variety of efforts. As President of the Key Club, she organized a pink out day and Breast Cancer Awareness fundraiser. Locally, through her Civic Engagement project, she increased accessibility to youth sports, while also volunteering as a coach for skiing and lacrosse as a role model for young girls. Tyler is respected by her community and peers and will be going on to study at Nazareth University.
Congratulations Tyler!
